FALCONTECH carries out technology transfer activities, which are proven to be effective mechanisms for improving the innovative application of research results and consequently for contributing to socio-economic development. In this respect, FALCONTECH fosters the relocation of high-tech startups and SMEs, as an effective interface between the R&D system and industry on an international scale.

In this regard, FALCONTECH represents the link between academic and business communities in Sharjah, while encouraging research and professional work, as well as promoting protection and commercialisation of the results for the benefit of the researchers, constituents, and the University as a whole.

FALCONTECH ultimately aims at increasing the commercialisation of Italian high-tech intellectual properties, thus strengthening links between universities and industry.
